Recently the photo competition top 3 and naming of the winners has lead to considerable debate. To avoid misunderstandings in the future we have decided to, from now on, select the photo-competition through a jury-decision.

The jury consists of various employees of UPC from different European countries. They democratically decide who wins. With this new structure everyone has an equal chance. The number of votes, the average rate, originality, creativity and quality are all key factors that are taken into account in the final decision.
